A. As the name suggest, Networking is the focus but we also provide many other services.

Q. How much do you charge per visit?
A. Generally, we charge a flat rate of RM80 per hour for PC related troubleshooting. For other bigger and more sensitive jobs like Server, the rates will be higher.

Q. Do you give any warranty on your services?
A. Yes, we do give a 30days warranty provided that you did not install any hardware, software or drivers that could jeopardize the stability of the system.

Q. Can you make a house call in the evening or weekends?
A. Yes, we will provide you with our services at a time that is convenient to you.
